All About Andi

I graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Film, Video, and Media Studies from the School of Communication.

As the Marketing + Communications Manager for BIFMA, I am responsible for website content and development. I strive to integrate new design into established communication avenues and create compelling ways to share information to our North American and International members.

Previously, I have been working for Michigan Technological University as a Technical Writer for the Center for Technology & Training, Communications and Media Specialist for Business Operations/Shared Services, and as a Digital Services Project Manager for University Marketing and Communications.

Throughout my time at Michigan Tech, I have been focused on the creation and maintenance of various departmental websites and social media accounts. I am experienced in collaborating with multiple stake-holders for the most current and useful information to publish for their customers. I believe that efficient and effective communications give any organization an edge when delivering critical information to those who need it.

While working with Michigan Lean Consortium, I have been responsible for creating, writing, gathering content, designing and creating graphics, and publishing monthly newsletters to our state-wide members and contacts.

Save The Bees

When not working or taking care of a very active 4 year old, I am busy converting any and all grass in her yard into a native Michigan wildflower and spring bulb garden.

My favorite flowers include: foxglove, butterfly weed, bee balm, and blazing star.
